I’m sure we have all experienced IT Projects that seem to just “go well, right from the start”. And then there are others that maybe start well, but then get a little lost, and some that start badly and suck up lots of time and effort, to keep them under control.
Lee will present 5 simple, visible signs that will help determine “IT Project Line of Sight” to a successful result. Lee will also be prepared to answer questions on what to do if/when any of those 5 visible signs are missing from your Project, and simple tools for each of the 5 visible signs. As our IT Project complexities continue to increase, the basic premises still holds true; if you don’t have clear line of sight to what you are trying to achieve, there’s a risk you won’t achieve the desired result.
