Material Design is a design language developed by Google. Google uses it in most of its Android apps and in Chrome OS as well. Angular Material provides Material Design Components for Angular applications. With Angular Material, you can develop applications with comprehensive, modern UI components that work across the web, mobile and desktop.
In this session, we will cover:
- The initial set up to get started with Angular Material development.
- Explore various Angular Material components with the demo.
- Use Angular Flex Layout and see how it works well along with Angular material.
The goal of the session to make you familiar with Angular Material and give you a strong foundation to start developing Angular Material Applications.
Speaker: Siva Mahalingam
Siva Mahalingam has been in the IT industry for 10 years. Started off as a Java J2EE developer and worked predominantly in Enterprise Content management systems. In recent years, he started exploring front end development and has spent the last three years learning and building applications using Angular/NodeJS. He is currently working as a Full Stack developer at J. J. Keller & Associates Inc.
